Snake River Plaza was originally an 80,000 Sq Ft inside mall. Currently, the Center is being de-malled and is a planned Strip Center.
The Center is excellent for Retail, Service, Office, Professional, Medical/Dental purposes.

The Center was freshly painted just last year, and a new membrane roof was installed about 3 years ago. We also plan in the not-too-distant future to upgrade and refurbish the paved areas and landscaping.

Snake River Plaza has been serving the Mini-Cassia community since 1978. We are located in the busiest “hotspot” in our area....food, entertainment, services, freeway access, and lots of shopping (WalMart just across the street) nearby.
Snake River Plaza is a Regional Shopping Center located near exit 208 of I-84. The Center is midway between Denver, Colorado and Portland, Oregon. We are also midway between Salt Lake City, Utah and Boise, Idaho.
According to Idaho State Department of Transportation, Highway 27 (Overland Avenue), at our mall location, has the highest level of vehicle traffic in our shopping area.
Snake River Plaza is located at the entrance corridor to the City of Burley, making this property the “Hot Spot”. Snake River Plaza is the prime location for retail, service, and even financial and medical uses. Currently, we have rental space available for a variety of opportunities.
A major highway improvement project on State Highway 27 (otherwise known as Overland Avenue) is expected to begin this April or May. This project will include widening of the highway, addition of entrances and egress to/from the Snake River Plaza and other businesses along the corridor, as well as a number of turn lane and traffic light improvements and/or upgrades.
The highway project will enhance and encourage shopping to our Center, and will be a great advantage to all Tenants at this location.
